Project Brief

Luxe Management originally had a website built in core PHP, which was outdated and lacked functionality. The client needed a modern redesign to better showcase their models, with features like advanced filters, model registration, contract generation in PDF, and a moderation system for new registrations. Additionally, they required the seamless migration of all existing model data from their old PHP-based system to WordPress, along with a secure login area for models to manage their profiles.   

We started by redesigning the website in Figma, ensuring a modern and visually appealing user interface that aligned with Luxe Management’s branding. After the design approval, we rebuilt the site in WordPress, creating a custom theme that incorporated all requested functionalities, including a deep filter mechanism for model searches, automated contract generation in PDF, and a model moderation system. We successfully migrated all model data from the old core PHP database to WordPress, ensuring no data loss and full functionality. The end result was a fast, secure, and user-friendly website that enhanced the client’s operational efficiency and improved the user experience for both models and clients.
