Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 3-5 days of placing an order.
If the project work has already commenced, cancellation may not be possible, or only a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
Once the development process has progressed significantly or the final website has been delivered, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where GLOPBE PRIVATE LIMITED is unable to deliver the agreed-upon website development services due to unforeseen circumstances.
If the project does not meet the agreed specifications or scope of work, clients must notify us within 3-5 days of project delivery. Our team will review the issue and take appropriate action, which may include modifications or partial refunds.
Refunds are not applicable for:
1. Services already provided and approved by the client.
2. Delays or issues caused by client-side factors (e.g., lack of timely communication, incomplete requirements).
3. Changes in project scope after commencement.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of approval.
