Project Brief

We sought a centralized web application to enhance internal project and employee management. The system needed to allow administrators to add and manage employee profiles, track leaves, birthdays, and work anniversaries, as well as manage appraisals. Additionally, it was essential for the application to support project management features, including the ability to add project costs and timelines, while enabling employees to log their time spent on various projects. The goal was to create a system that provide detailed reporting on project performance, including profit and loss analysis, hours spent, and team contributions.

We designed the PMS and HRM system with user-friendly interfaces and robust functionalities. The application allows administrators to efficiently manage employee data and project details, while employees can easily log their hours and generate reports on project stats. By developing this system, we achieved a streamlined approach to managing our workforce and projects. The final product significantly improved operational efficiency and provided valuable insights into project performance and employee contributions, helping us make informed decisions for future projects.
