In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and nurturing leads through the early stages of the sales funnel. If you enjoy prospecting, engaging with international clients, and working in a result-driven environment, this opportunity is for you.
What you’ll be doing
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Research target companies and decision-makers for website development services.
- Generate and maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects through regular follow-ups.
- Track lead status and activities using CRM tools.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
Client Engagement & Communication
- Understand client business needs and present website development solutions effectively.
- Conduct initial discussions with international clients and generate interest.
- Schedule meetings and support the sales team during early sales stages.
Market Research & Collaboration
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and new business opportunities in the web development space.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Contribute ideas to refine sales processes and outreach messaging.
What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to engage global clients.
- Proven experience in lead generation or outbound sales (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach).
- Ability to set up meetings and hold meaningful conversations with overseas clients.
- Understanding of website development services (corporate websites, eCommerce, CMS, etc.) and how to position them.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a sales role.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
