What you’ll be doing
Business Development & Global Sales
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across global markets
- Handle inbound leads and outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email outreach, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction post onboarding.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable website development solutions.
Proposal, Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, SoWs, and estimations in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Maintain accurate deal pipeline, sales reporting, and forecasting updates in CRM tools.
- Drive revenue targets consistently through structured daily and weekly sales activities.
- Qualify marketing generated leads as well as self sourced opportunities.
Collaboration & Market Research
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and kickoff.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to refine the sales approach.
What we’re looking for
- 1–5 years of experience in business development or IT Services sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience managing complete sales lifecycle and closing deals.
- Understanding of website development services.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent follow-up and pipeline management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
