Project Brief

David Estate Agents required a modern website to showcase their extensive property portfolio. Their main requirements included a custom design that aligned with their branding, a robust property filtering system to allow users to search properties by specific criteria, and integration of the REXML feed to automate property listings. The website needed to be user-friendly, responsive, and SEO-optimized to help them attract more leads and improve customer engagement.  

We built a custom WordPress theme, ensuring the design was visually engaging and aligned with David Estate Agents’ brand identity. The REXML feed was integrated to automate the import and updating of property listings, saving time for the client and ensuring the website remained current. We also implemented an advanced filtering system that allowed users to search properties by key criteria such as location, price, and features, improving usability. The final result was a high-performing, easy-to-navigate, and SEO-friendly website that enhanced the user experience and helped David Estate Agents efficiently manage their property listings.
