Project Brief

City Wide Property Group needed a dynamic website to showcase their properties with advanced functionality, including automated property imports via REXML Feed, custom filters for easy property searches, and cookie-based suggestions tailored to each visitor. The primary goal was to create a user-friendly platform where potential buyers could effortlessly explore property listings and receive personalized recommendations based on their previous interactions.    

We developed a custom WordPress theme specifically tailored to City Wide Property Group’s branding and functional needs. Using the REXML Feed importer, we automated property listings, ensuring the site displayed the latest properties in real-time. Custom filters were integrated to enhance searchability, allowing users to filter properties by criteria like location, price, and property type. Additionally, we implemented cookie-based property suggestions, offering personalized recommendations to returning visitors. The result was a fast, SEO-optimized website that elevated City Wide Property Group’s online presence, enhanced user experience, and increased engagement through tailored property suggestions.
